The Project – A private group neurological practice for Ken Wogensen, M.D., that includes additional tenant space. The original configuration of the project included two sites, two buildings on four levels. The group practice segment contains a waiting room, business/ administration office, exam rooms, nurse stations, public and staff restrooms, staff lounge, physician assistant and physician offices. The tenant segment contains a waiting room, business/administration office, exam rooms, group room, public restrooms, physician assistant and physician offices. The project was configured for an administrative/nursing staff of 17 and 6 physicians.

The exterior renovation included unifying the two buildings into one, adding building accent lighting and metal canopies. Additionally the two parking lots were reconfigured into one lot and completely re-landscaping the site.
