  • Additional accesable parking to accommodate future tenants
  • Angled, curved and extended exterior walls, to provide maximum buidling identity
SGI Responsibilities:
  • Coordinated with client and city agency submittals to obtain required approvals
  • Coordinated with client in bid negotiations to award construction to a General contractor
  • Facilitate construction administration between client and General contractor
