GRUBB & ELLIS

The Project -–  The downtown office of Grubb & Ellis is located in the heart of the financial district in Los Angeles.  The suite occupies most of the 33^rd floor.  It is designed with perimeter offices and with the interior space predominately open office landscaping.  The reception area is surrounded with three small conference rooms and one large boardroom.  This feature creates a very comfortable area for meeting with clientele as well giving visitors space to make private calls.  The project was configured for administrative / managerial executives and  a support staff of fifty-six.
