The Project -–  KHS&S'S Western Headquarters is located in Anaheim in the Canyon District. The Suite occupies both floors of a two-story tilt-up. The dominant architectural features for the space is the two-story waiting and reception area plus the totally reconstructed cable and raw steel interconnecting staircase. As you enter this area KHS&S requested we "Show off thier product". The client is a large decorative drywall company and produces a lafge variety of faux finishes for their clients. In the reception and other areas are Selections of Venetian plasters and faux concrete floor finishes.
As you flow through the waiting area you come upon the main conference room with four center pivot entrance doors. Once you are in the conference room will notice the mirror tile and the custom conference table complete with total wire and telephonic communications.
The balance of the suite is fitted out with glass partitioned office so that daylight is able to spill into the interior space of the suite. The interior of KHS&S has a reconfigured Office furniture system for greater flexibility for their further expansion.
