• Site work consists of new glass and metal structure for required covered parking, concrete flat work including walks and stairs, asphalt paving and landscaping
• Building envelope to be smooth stucco with metal panel exterior wall cover system
• New aluminum storefront window and door system

• Split occupancy; First Floor 12.1 Surgical/Medical Occupancy; Second Floor B Medical Office Occupancy
• Large Architectural fenestrations along the south elevation
• Curved wall at entrance with metal panel fin
